The Top Health Apps You Need To Download
I’m an avid Dr. Oz show viewer. He always gives us the best advice to be smart about
our health choices to live a healthy lifestyle. Just recently, he recommended three health apps to monitor and care for our health.
This app really blew my mind with its technology. StressCheck measures your level of psychological or physical stress. It provides you with an overall stress score, measuring your heart rate through the camera and light feature on your smarthphone. You get an instant, real-time stress level response.
Available: iOS and Android
S.O.S. – First Aid App
The S.O.S. app by the American Red Cross is a first aid assistant that helps you in an
emergency situation. The app provides emergency care, step-by-step instructions such as CPR techniques and assistance to remove an obstruction for someone who is chocking. Instructions are in both visual and audio.

Pimple Popper App
Yes. This sounds gross but it actually helps some people relieve stress. You know, like the bubble wrap that people love to pop (so annoying to me)? Yeah. It has that same affect for de-stressing but without that annoying popping sound from the bubble wrap. And it has them all – blackheads, whiteheads, crusty scabs, and full blown pimples. Get to work.

Of course, these health apps are suggestions to help monitor your health. Nothing beats the advice of a physician.
