Apple’s iRadio Music Streaming Service – Features Update #WWDC2013

June 6th, 2013 by Rod Apple iRadio Rumors - WWDC 2013 - App Store - iTunes (2)All has pretty much been quiet on Apple's side of things for the past few months.   But with their annual WorldWide Developers Conference (WWDC) coming up more rumors are popping up. Apparently, they are busy cooking some new treats for everyone to show off next week at their annual (WWDC). We expect a few announcements such as updates to their OS and other software. Namely their new iRadio music service they have been working on finalizing. WWDC kicks off on Monday June 10th.

What Is iRadio?

This is Apple's radio music streaming service that will work hand-in-hand with iTunes on your device.  This will work similar toPandora (it doesn't offer on demand listening) or like the free version of Spotify where you will be able to tag songs to purchase quickly (which in turn would help iTunes sales) and also the ability to jump back to the beginning of a song. They are hoping to quickly unveil the service in up to a dozen territories, according to sources, including the U.K, France, Germany, Australia, and Japan.

iHeartRadio App Music Festival (Live From Las Vegas)

September 24th, 2012 by Christen Over the weekend, tons of music's biggest acts took centerstage during iHeartRadio's Music Festival in Las Vegas.  Acts including artists like Mary J. Blige, Usher, Rihanna, Lil Wayne and more descended upon Las Vegas for the concert of the summer.  The two-day concert on Friday and Saturday night was off the charts. The stage at the MGM Grand Garden Arena was tight with musical acts that encompassed every genre. Fans were introduced to music, acts were full of energy and then there was Pink who was flying again.  Prince was in the building. Mary J Blige gets the biggest compliment of the weekend bringing out and singing with the legend. The performance was tight, fun and frankly shocking. Who could have asked for more?     See more photos from the festival below...
